Requirements
Must Have

Professionals from IT (senior test automation engineer, senior developer, senior database specialist, other senior IT function)
Interest in customer consulting and communication
Basic knowledge of at least one programming language or IT knowledge (e.g. databases, architecture, etc.)
Basic German language skills
Nice to Have

Experience in load and performance testing
Knowledge of at least one load test tool (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner).
Experience with cloud platforms and virtualized environments
Experience in working with international teams
Knowledge of software testing and programming
Proof of German language skills at level B1
Successful completion

After successfully completing the bootcamp, you will be able to independently design, carry out, and evaluate load and performance tests as a scapula consultant.
You will have German language skills at level B2 and will be able to participate in German-language projects.
An automatic salary increase is envisaged upon successful completion.
